A complete training environment
For larger organisations the platform becomes the home of all training – online, face-to-face and on the job:
- Training calendar with course booking and registration for face-to-face and live online sessions
- Profiles by location and group – for example by store, region or department – with training plans for each
- SOP and skills tracking – sign-off of standard operating procedures and on-the-job skills, not just e-learning
- Approval workflows – managers approve bookings and requests before learners are enrolled
- Course catalogue where learners browse and request training

Programmes, applications and funding
Many programmes need more than courses. We build online application processes with the rules your programme needs – for example registration for advisers and partner organisations, funding applications that open automatically once enough advisers are approved, and limits on the number of funded places.
