Mentors and mentees register online for each programme year, with a registration deadline. Your team sees at a glance who has signed up and who is still missing.
Automatic, location-based matching
Pairs can be matched automatically by location, using the Eircode, so mentors and mentees can meet in person. Programme managers stay in control:
- add or change pairs manually
- exclude combinations that shouldn’t be matched
- track mentees’ responses and follow up where needed
