How it works
- Online applications – trainers apply online and upload their qualifications and evidence.
- Review and approval – your team reviews each application and approves it, with a full record of decisions.
- Access follows approval – approved trainers automatically get access to the trainer area and their courses. If approval is withdrawn, that access is removed again automatically.
- Renewal – approval periods, requirements and reminders.
- Directory – a register that learners and employers can search, if you want one.
Programmes with rules
The same approach works for adviser and partner programmes: registration, approval, and applications that open only when the conditions are met – for example once enough advisers are approved – with limits on the number of places.
